The Edinburgh Bakers` Trust has up to £4000 available annually to award small grants to successful applicants. When applying to the Fund, please select from the following themes:

1. Building skills.
2. Supporting baking in the arts, science and/or culture.
3. History/research relating to Scottish milling, flour and related grains, baking in the community - Edinburgh and beyond.

Applicants for funding should be making a concerted effort to follow the definition for Real Bread without using processing aids or artificial additives. This should at the very least be a aspiration with these goals in sight.

All applicants should be supporting and promoting the purposes upheld by the Trust.
