Wild Hearth Bakery in Comrie and Leith’s Company Bakery came out on top at the Royal Highland Showcase held at Inglistion in June 2021

The Scottish Bread Championships witnessed the Wild Hearth Bakery lift the Championship not once but twice. The judges unanimously agreed that the top award should be awarded jointly to the bakers of the Seriously Fruit & Sesame Loaf and the Artisan Sourdough only to discover when the names were revealed that they were both products of the same bakery - Wild Hearth Bakery in Comrie, Perthshire.
The Reserve Championship went to Leith’s Company Bakery for their Baguette.
